The Project

Gavius is a European Union initiative funded by the ERDF fund, which provides cities across Europe with resources to test bold, innovative, and unproven solutions to address the ongoing urban challenges.

This project aims to create an intelligent virtual assistant for the local administration to communicate to citizens the social assistance that may interest them by making innovative use of data.

The system will allow citizens to process and receive these grants conveniently, quickly, and respectfully with their privacy through a mobile application.

It will also make it easier for the administration to process, resolve and grant this aid.

Benefits:

  • Increases openness and participation between government agencies and citizens
  • Simplifies and speeds up bureaucratic processes with the town hall
  • Improves productivity, speed, and efficiency when managing citizens' procedures.
