Validated ID sponsors the IV Ibero-American Congress of Public Innovation (NovaGob 2017) to be held between October 18th and 20th in La Laguna (Tenerife).
With only 3 editions celebrated to date, NovaGob Congress has become, by its own merits, one of the most anticipated meetings for innovative public of all Latin America with a methodology that combines a “virtual space”, with the face-to-face conference, which will combine the round tables, face-to-face debates, “express presentations” and a main conference, covering the most up-to-date issues for the most innovative public administrations, as well as trends in the field of public innovation.
Validated ID will have a permanent commercial information point throughout the congress and will sponsor a round table entitled “Experiences of using the biometric signature in face-to-face process“ moderated by Mr. Xavier Sancliment, Managing Director of Peakway and one of the most important public innovators. He will be accompanied at the table by Mr Mario Alguacil, Director of the Open Government and General Services Area of Sant Feliu de Llobregat Town Council and Mr Carlos Gómez Peset, Head of Innovation Bureau of “Diputación de Castellón”, who will present the practical experiences of use of the biometric signature from the perspective of a City Council and a Regional Administration. Fernando Pino, Legal Director of Validated ID, will complete the table, which will discuss the application of the Spanish Law 39/2015 and the technological proposal offered by the ViDSigner service.
