Thanks to the agreement, Validated ID is now part of the “Meta4 HR Digital” catalogue solutions which aims to provide organizations with innovative solutions and assists with mastering the challenges of the current digital context.

Among other advantages, the Meta4 digital signature solution will enable its users to specify the number of signatures, the order of the signers and the type of digital signature required for each document: OTP, Biométrica o Sello. In addition, it will enable the tracking of the entire digital signature process of the document (signature status, signers, dates, etc.) from the Meta4 solution, without any need for accessing another external platform.
This new agreement will facilitate the signature processes for organizations, especially those with high employee turnover as well as a high number of employees, making it easier to send, manage, and sign documents – both in face-to-face contexts via biometric signatures on tablet and in remote scenarios via the use of a smartphone. Additionally, organizations will experience an improvement in their control of documents.
